Lower Stress/Physical movement/Socialization/Walking mediation/Acceptance of self and others/Breaking Through Barriers
This 4-week course will help you connect with self and nature and learn to grow. The commitment is 2-3 sessions in a week for about 1 hour a session.
You will learn different ways to remind yourself of your gratitude, accepting your troubles, letting things go, and being in the moment using walking meditations.
With the current covid pandemic in real life, hikes are not available. once things calm down and things are safer we will start the 4 weeks in the real-life course.
No need to wait. all can be done Via Zoom meetings.

Here is space where I will break down the weekly itinerary
Week 1 - Gratitude
We met 2x a week for a Gratitude Hike This hike will be 1 hour long
Start with an introduction and gather the tools that will be used for this experience.
The end ends with some nature art and a photo.
The in-real-life sessions, virtual and the DIY version have the same handcrafted items so you don't have to show face. However, these are done in group settings and work best when done with others. Get some friends in on the deal!!!
Week 2 - Accepting your troubles
Troubles are everywhere. Let us become aware of the troubles and go on an hour-long hike 2 times this week. We will have to carry our load so bring your strength.

ending with some natural artwork with rocks!!!
Week 3 - Letting go
There will be a fire at the end of this class. Again 2 times a week for an hour hike.
We will be gathered at the end to burn small pieces of wood as we visualize letting our troubles go.
Week 4 - Being in the moment
A basic mindful paying attention slow-paced hike!
meeting 1 time for one week. for 1.5 hours.
ending in a completion ceremony.
