Connect With Nature...

Create, Play, Learn & Heal!!!

My mission is to increase healthier mindsets, by guiding you to a closer connection with nature, for those feeling disconnected and stressed, so that we together can increase inner peace, balance with nature, and a stronger connection to our communities.

Build a better relationship to

NATURE & SELF.

We have special events where we create and build things using nature check out the calendar schedule now!

During the creation process you will learn basic survival skills and primitive skills that in my opinion are just good to know!

Not only will you learn more about nature and craft something up to bring home in some events. It will teach you basic things like attention to detail, patience, increase creativity and a whole list of other skills and some yet to be discovered.

It's more than a
little hike.

You gain so much from just a daily walk in the woods. Hiking with intentions really help you grow. its more than just putting one foot in front of the other. It's learning to balance on uneven ground. its learning to be uncomfortable. It teaches you how to be prepared. On top of what ever topic you seek out for the intentional hike.

Every hike is different Most are slow paced.  But some need a faster pace so find the hike that best suits you. and your needs.

Customizable hikes are available we will sit and go over some of the things you need and we will create the custom experience just for your needs. Just contact me now and we can set up a free consultation!

My personal daily connection to nature image!

TAKE BACK

YOUR LIFE.

Sunshine is delicious, rain is refreshing, wind braces us up, snow is exhilarating; there is really no such thing as bad weather, only different kinds of good weather.

—John Ruskin

I went to the woods because I wished to live deliberately, to front only the essential facts of life, and see if I could not learn what it had to teach, and not, when I came to die, discover that I had not lived.

—Henry David Thoreau

Rest is not idleness, and to lie sometimes on the grass under trees on a summer’s day, listening to the murmur of the water, or watching the clouds float across the sky, is by no means a waste of time. —John Lubbock

Looking at beauty in the world, is the first step of purifying the mind.

—Amit Ray
